Located close to the coast of Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, Pulau Ketam or Crab Island is in the seashore, and the most common plant is the mangrove. On Crab Island, you can find many Chinese traditions and wooden homes. Fishing is very much part of the villager's routine on Crab Island.
Walk and tour around the village, and you can see a school, fish market, Chinese Temple, fisherman boats, and Traditional and modern houses as well. Have a splendid seafood lunch accompanied by Chinese Tea.
 
Moving on to the biggest mosque in Malaysia, which is the Blue Mosque (Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah). There was special rosette Quranic Verses that are specially designed on the traditional dome. The size of the dome is 170 feet in diameter and soars up to 350 feet above the ground. Four minarets were built to match the dome, with a height of 460 feet it is considered the tallest minarets in the world.
 
The last destination would be the Thean Hou Temple, built in 1989 and located on a hillock; this impressive has golden-roofed pagodas and strings of lanterns. Inside this temple, there are 3 majestic deities, including the main deity Thean Hou. The temple also has the status of 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac. Some shops sell a variety of souvenirs in the basement area.
The last stop would be the Fireflies Tour in Kampung Pasir Penambang. Famous for its large fireflies colonies the visitors can enjoy a delightful boat ride in the Selangor River. In Malaysia, Firefly can only be found in Kampung Kuantan, Selangor. They are in 6 cm length. The male flash brighter than the female because of the need to attract the female fireflies during mating season.

1030: Reach Port Klang Jetty, a ferry ride to Crab Island

1400: Back to the mainland by ferry
Head to Kuala Selangor town in the quiet district of Kampung Pasir Penambang. It is home to the largest firefly colonies in the world.
1730: Upon arrival at Kuala Selangor, visit Bukit Melawati – The hilltop view offers a sweeping view of the Straits of Malacca and the mangrove swamps of Kuala Selangor Nature Park. Also found there are Silver-Leafed monkeys and food will be provided for feedings the monkeys.
1800: Seafood Dinner / Vegetarian food served upon request (Halal food is served). This is a beautiful place to view the sunset.
1930: Proceed back to Kampung Pasir Penambang, the place where you can see fireflies. The mangrove trees lining the riverbanks glow after dusk like a Christmas tree. Witness the light and glow of the fireflies while enjoying a pleasant boat ride in the Selangor River. It is noted the fireflies consistently patronized the serenity of the mangrove areas.
2200: Drive back to Kuala Lumpur.
