There are 64 islands on the southeast coast of Peninsular Malaysia, with Tioman Island being the largest (+/- 350 km2). Seri Bulat, Sembilang, Tulai, Sibu, Chebeh, Labas, and Renggis are a few other well-known islands in this area. Tioman is located in the federal state of Pahang, 56 kilometers from the seashore. Tioman is the most visited island on the eastern side of the peninsula, along with Perhentian Island and Redang Island. The island is renowned for offering fantastic diving and snorkeling opportunities. On the island, there are numerous resorts that can accommodate different kinds of visitors. Since Tioman is a duty-free island, several things there are considerably less expensive than on the mainland.

A 10-mile length of sunny beaches and tranquil waters can be seen heading into Malacca from the town center of PD.
