A must-visit location if this is your first time in Putrajaya. The central square, Dataran Putra, is situated in Precinct 1. The 300-meter-diameter Dataran Putra was created in the Persian style of Chaharbagh, a four-part park with flowing water and walkways. The fountain in the center of the circle represents the nation's primary objective, which is unity. The 11 sections that make up this square's design are arranged in the shape of an 11-pointed star, which stands for the 11 Malayan states that attained independence in August 1957. The 14-pointed star contains the recent inclusion of the Federal Territory, while the 13-pointed star inside symbolizes the 13 states that made up Malaysia in 1963. The Putrajaya sculpture, which attracts people, is also located in this square. Selera Putra and the Chocolate Center in Souq Putrajaya are located below the Putra Mosque and this location is directly across from it.
